Is there a public dump station? No. Guests only at individual sites.
Why is there an early check-in and late check-out fee? It is additional accommodation that requires extra staff management around the set schedule, maintenance tasks and other paying guests.
Is your calendar open to book for the upcoming year? Yes. Please be aware that the rates are subject to change at anytime, and a balance may be due even if you booked at a lower rate ahead of time.
Do you sell propane? Yes, propane is available during office hours and when licensed staff is available. This is available to both guests, and non-guests.
Do you have other locations? We have two sister parks in the region! Wine Country in Prosser, WA and Red Mountain in West Richland, WA.
Do you have pool passes or rent out the pool/spa? No. The pool and spa are for guest use only, and may have only up to four of their own guests and must sign the pool waiver. The pool is NOT part of Event Center rentals.
Is tent camping allowed? No, we do not allow tent camping at our park.
Is RV washing or repairs allowed? Any RV or vehicle work/repairs must be management approved ahead of time. Self washing your RV or vehicle with running water or cleaning chemicals is not allowed. We allow professional cleaning companies to come in with their own water supply .
