Welcome to the Columbia Sun RV Resort Event Center – the place where memories are made.
Our fun and inviting facility has more than enough amenities to keep your guests entertained. In fact, they may not want to leave! The Event Center can host a variety of events, including rallies, family reunions, birthday parties, anniversaries, barbecues, club/group/business meetings, and much more! Additional Information:

  • There are two sections available to rent, which does not include the guest amenity game/mail room.

  • The pool & spa are not part of Event Center rentals.

  • Parking is limited. Overflow parking is located on the east side side of the park along the inner tree line.

Rules and Regulations

  • $200 refundable deposit required upon booking. Any violations, damages, cleaning services, or trash removal, etc. will incur fees taken from the deposit.

  • Parking along the curb, in front of fire hydrants or in the RV check-in lane is prohibited.

  • The deposit is forfeited for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

  • The rental agreement must be signed and contract fees paid prior to your event.

  • Room rental hours are 9am-10pm.

  • Rental use will be limited to specific areas stipulated.

  • Maximum occupancy is 125.

  • Event Liability Insurance is required for parties what will be bringing in alcohol for the event. This must be purchased at least one week before the scheduled event, and proof emailed to the park office at office@columbiasunrvresort.com. There can no cash bar unless you have a caterer for your event and their liquor permit expressly permits a cash bar.

Columbia Sun RV Resort reserves the right to cancel for not abiding by regulations, misconduct, or another action detrimental to participants or Columbia Sun RV Resort.
