GOOD TIMES DO REQUIRE SOME RULES & REGULATIONS.

  1. All RVs and vehicles must be in good operating condition, good appearance and have a current license. All RVs must be self contained with holding tanks.

  2. All RVs allowed in the park are subject to management approvals.

  3. A tow vehicle and one other vehicle are included with your reservation. Any extra vehicles will be charged an additional fee.

  4. Clotheslines, hanging clothes, refrigerators, freezers and indoor furniture are not permitted outside.

  5. Please do not park in streets, lawns, landscaped areas or empty spaces.

  6. Bikes, motorbikes, skateboards, roller blades & skates: Not permitted in buildings or on sidewalks. Riding bikes after dark is not allowed. Helmets are required!

  7. Pool & spa rules are posted at the pool. There is NO ATTENDANT on duty. Children must be accompanied by an adult. ADA lifts are only to be used for ADA purposes.

  8. All garbage and trash must be bagged in plastic and must be placed inside dumpsters located throughout the resort.

  9. Sewer Hoses must be off the ground and in a cradle support.

  10. No BBQs on top of the picnic tables.

  11. Fire arms, fireworks, lethal weapons are not permitted under any circumstances. No wood burning fires — charcoal and propane only.

  12. Guests will be required to pay for damages they or members of their party may cause to the property (i.e. damage to faucets, water pipes, picnic tables, electric boxes, vent pipes, etc.).

  13. Pets must be cared for at all times and on a leash while within the resort unless they are in the secure fenced pet area. Pets prohibited in pool areas. Pick up stations are provided in the pet area. We ask that you pick up after your pet. Dog pens must be professionally manufactured for small dogs only and folded after each use. No pens allowed for 30-day guest. No exotic animals allowed. Dogs such as Pit Bulls, Dobermans or Rottweilers are not allowed. 2 DOGS MAXIMUM.

  14. Guests are required to follow all federal, state, and local laws during their stay at Columbia Sun RV Resort. Illicit drug use, drunkenness, and disorderly conduct are prohibited.

  15. Quiet times are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

  16. Speed limit in the park is 7 miles per hour. Please watch for children.

  17. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Continual loud noise is not allowed.

  18. RV and vehicle washing is not permitted. See front office for service.

  19. No repairs on RVs or vehicles may be done in the resort without management approval.

  20. Security: be sure to keep personal belongings and portable items secure. Resort management is not responsible for loss, damages or claims for damages of property of guest due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause.

  21. Please remove all lawn furniture off the grass at night. The sprinklers will run during the summer season. You will be notified of the mowing schedule at which time all items must be removed from grass. Please, no carpets or tarps on the grass.

  22. No skirting or stairs, unless professionally manufactured for recreational vehicles, will be allowed without managements approval. Approved winterized skirting is allowed within specific dates, see management for details.

  23. Potted plants are allowed (not on grass) in season. Pots to be removed when growing season ends.

  24. Guest are responsible for the proper installation and maintenance of freeze-prevention for their water supply hose. Only heat tape and heated water hoses are allowed. Heated Hoses are required from November 1st - the end of February.

  25. Window air conditioners are not allowed. Tarps or duct tape are not allowed as covers.

  26. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the arrival date in order to receive a refund of the deposit minus a taxable $10.00 cancellation fee.

  27. Please do not use holding tank chemicals once you are in the resort for environmental protection.

  28. 8 person maximum per site, unless approved by management.

  29. Columbia Sun RV Resort is a private resort and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not abide by the above rules. Anyone who does not abide by the rules will be asked to leave the park.
